Personal Data Processing Policy

This policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" and defines how guests' personal data is processed and protected. The operator processes the following personal data: full name, phone number, e-mail address, booking details (check-in and check-out dates, room category, number of guests). Personal data is processed for the purpose of receiving and handling booking requests, contacting the guest regarding the booking and fulfilling the hotel service agreement. Personal data is processed until the purposes of processing are achieved or until consent is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn by sending a written request to the e-mail address listed in the Contacts section. The operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying and distribution.
